It is a running plant of production of consumer products. The chiller water connection for every machines. The insulated pipes of all chilled water pipes are covered by aluminum cladding by us. The chiller pipes are in different sizes and the machines are in different location in the production line.The cladding is done and handed over to the customer. Customer asked us to finish in a short period as they have an audit. Project finished before their audit, we worked around the clock and finished in time.

For 4 each of new weld booths, we installed electrical connection with distribution panel, electrical out lets with all necessary materials and steel supports. Connection of the power supply with the existing bus is also included. Part of our scope, we supplied and installed the 2” air pipe, connect from the main pipe of the facility air and the facility air is connected with air distribution box.

In a GE Turbine assembly shop, customer supplied the paint shop and we are the contractor to install it with its facility. The facility includes the power supply, air supply, chiller water line Etc., Part of the installation process the fabrication, supply and installation of the duct for the air intake and the discharge from and to the Air Handling Unit. The paint booth is successfully installed and commissioned with the help of the manufacturer.

Polipa is manufacturing the containers for food materials, like Milk and Milk maid products. Customer added two machines in their production line. We are the contractor to install and the connection of facilities. Part of the facility connection the supply and installation of 300 mm2 cable from the distribution panel to the bus duct in included.
